founder & CEO

Hanna Savchak

I have over 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, which has helped me understand how to build an effective IT team and achieve client goals. I also studied Full Stack Development to gain a deeper understanding of the development process.

My leadership style is based on partnership and trust. I believe that a business is built not by its founder alone, but by a strong team. Each leader in my team is responsible for their own direction and makes decisions independently, as independence means responsibility. A good leader is one whose team can work effectively even without their constant presence.
